Announcement Request

Please use this form to submit announcements through the Emerge platforms. Follow the instructions and fill in all necessary fields.

Announcements are shared using the following methods:

  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Sunday Services
  • Monthly Newsletter - (published on the first day of each month)

 

PROCEDURES

Announcements through the Emerge communication channels will prioritize pastoral and all-church events. Ministry events such as workshops, leadership meetings, seminars, etc. are added at the discretion of a pastor and marketing team. Submission of a request is not a guarantee that the information will be announced. The guarantee is only after you receive information that your event has been approved. All submission must be submitted at least one week in advance of the requested date. Any decision regarding your submission will be communicated to the email provided in your submission.

  • Personal events will not be announced unless pre-approved by a pastor.
  • Announcements will not be accepted unless it has been submitted through the announcement request form.
  • Deadline for announcements for any upcoming week must be submitted by 7 pm on Tuesday of that week.
  • Announcements must not be sent to personal emails or platforms outside this form.


*Pastoral staff reserve the right to veto any approved announcements if deemed necessary. You will be notified of the reason if that becomes necessary.
